I found the hotel location quite convenient, close to many attractions. The gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes, very useful. The staff was helpful with directions, assisting in navigating the area. Housekeeping kept the room neat with daily cleaning.

The staff was helpful. The concierge assisted quickly. Cocktails were strong and delicious. I liked the live music in the lobby bar. They have a display with celebrity props.
The rooms does not have a mini fridge. There is also no ice on the floor so I had to call guest service. The all gender restrooms in common area are not great. Rooftop observation does not open until 5:00.
