rocking stay!

i am thankful. the staff are friendly. i forgot toothpaste. the front desk sent two tubes for me and my wife. the food is excellent. service of the staff stands out. hard rock hotels are great. i am happy this location has the same standard. i will come back this summer.

the reception and doormen gave me sympathetic and cordial service. the room service matched the level of care. cleaning and arranging the room was perfect. i had my room arranged every day of my six-day stay.

I found the hotel location quite convenient, close to many attractions. The gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes, very useful. The staff was helpful with directions, assisting in navigating the area. Housekeeping kept the room neat with daily cleaning.

The staff was helpful. The concierge assisted quickly. Cocktails were strong and delicious. I liked the live music in the lobby bar. They have a display with celebrity props.

The rooms does not have a mini fridge. There is also no ice on the floor so I had to call guest service. The all gender restrooms in common area are not great. Rooftop observation does not open until 5:00.
