The staff were pretty helpful and attentive to our needs. i also appreciated the free slippers. It was late, and everything was closed. the room was really great, and the service was amazing. everyone was so kind.

the hotel staff always acted promptly when i requested something. they helped me with my luggage upon arrival. the concierge was also very good, arranged transportation and advising on local attractions.
