friendly staffawful drinkschilled red wine
the staff worked hard and tried to be friendly.
The drinks were just awful and overly sweet. i think i drank melted jolly ranchers with a splash of water At one point, it tasted so bad. the wine was also not good. Chilled red wine is not something i want to drink.

my room was tidy. the king bed was very comfortable and i slept great every night. i liked that i had many free cabana beds around the pools.
drinks werent strong. drinks at haven pool were watered down, i could barely taste the alcohol. it was also a shame that the beach didnt get more attention as there was seaweed most days.

bland buffetundercooked vegetables
the resort was mostly clean , but the food quality needs attention. the buffet food was often bland , and some items tasted old. i also found the steakhouse disappointing , the vegetables lacked proper cooking. these issues affected my overall experience .

immaculate groundsinoperative elevatorsunaware staff
the hotel grounds were kept immaculate (i really liked the landscaping). the pools were also clean and plentiful.
the elevators in the main building were out of service for the first two days of my stay. most of the restaurants are on the third floor. this was very difficult with mobility issues. the front desk seemed unaware of the problem, frustrating.
