Reliable and Convenient Stay
helpful staff two pools accessible walks
the staff was helpful. the hotel includes two pools (i used one). there is a massage offered. the location has many trees, so walks are accessible at any time of day.
i found the cost of the airport pick-up a bit overpriced.

the staff members were always helpful and smiling . they provided tips and tricks for navigating the city. i especially appreciated their knowledge of local attractions and transportation options, (making my exploration easier).

Excellent Stay!
helpful staff amazing food
i really liked the friendly and helpful staff! they provided awesome tips. food at the hotel is amazing. a massage was what i needed after a long trip. the gym had everything i needed and more.
the airport pickup was a bit pricey. it cost me usd 45. i had to wait because my driver was delayed by like 30 minutes. it wasn't a huge issue though!

i enjoyed the pool area, it includes loungers. there are also two lovely pools available. the gym was above my expectations too. you can do some yoga here!

Acceptable stay, some issue existed
passion fruit cocktail chicken curry good service expensive pick-up absent driver long wait
The food in the restaurant, I thought, was rather delicious. A passion fruit cocktail was especially nice. I also enjoyed chicken curry. It had a traditional taste. The setting was pleasing. Patrice, our waiter, provided good service.
The airport pick-up was too expensive. I paid USD 45. Upon arrival, the driver was absent. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes. That was irritating.

inconsistent stay, some issues
noise insulation blackout curtains
the breakfast buffet was decent. it had a reasonable selection of items.
my room was very noisy because it faced a busy street. there was no effective noise insulation. blackout curtains were also absent, so the room was bright at night. the staff are friendly but the hotel isn't well-kept.

adequate stay with some downsides
poor lighting broken shower door
The room lighting was poor, especially at the desk. the desk itself was also quite small (it barely fit my computer and a notepad). i found the furniture to be old and in need of repair. For instance, the wardrobe only had three hangers even though i stayed four nights, i had to ask for more. the shower door was broken and difficult to move, and the window in the shower had no blind, so i had to shower in the dark due to workmen outside.
