convenient and cozy
packed breakfast convenient location
the location was superb, next to the bus station and the ferry terminal. the hotel room had everything i needed, it was clean and cozy. the staff made sure i had a packed breakfast ready on my last day. i left before the kitchen opened.
the room felt quite noisy and hot. it felt quite overpriced for what it was.

The room included modern amenities and ample space for luggage storage. It featured a walk-in shower with instant hot water and quality toiletries were available for a relaxing experience. i found the super king bed very comfortable.

Excellent Stay
free parking modern room helpful staff
The hotel provides convenient access to the ferry terminal with free parking across from the entrance. Rooms feature modern furnishings and are kept clean. I received a packed breakfast for my early ferry departure after a staff member arranged it. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast options were very good. Dinners in the hotel were also of great quality. The bar had a pleasant atmosphere with a mix of tourists and locals.

The room was modern and well-furnished. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. Opening the window provided fresh air. The room remained very quiet . It was comfortable and perfect for resting after exploring the area.

non-functioning minibar absent air conditioning
the absence of air conditioning was a problem as the room became uncomfortably warm. i also noted the minibar was not functioning. It failed to keep drinks cool, despite being switched on. this was particularly inconvenient, as i expected cold refreshments in the room. the lack of climate control and a working minibar detracted from the experience.

small room noise problem
the receptionist found a cancellation table for supper for me. the staff were polite.
My room felt overpriced considering its size. it was also too hot. the noise bothered me. I found it difficult to relax properly. i probably wont stay again.

minor issues during stay
slow service cramped room
the service in the dining area was slow at times i asked for water but it never arrived the breakfast buffet ran out of several items quite early they were not promptly refilled. the room i had was also smaller than expected it felt cramped with luggage i needed more space to move around comfortably
