the location is superb right in the central square! shops, cafes, and transport links are just outside the front door. the restaurant downstairs is lovely and i had good helpings there. the staff were always smiling and very cute, it made the visit really special
the stairs were a bit challenging with luggage since there isn't a lift.

i found the staff very attentive and helpful . the location worked great, close to all the shops, restaurants and the harbour. the breakfast was delicious, and i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries..
I noticed the absence of an elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs presented a challenge.
