some issues
very clean roomsmart applicationno facilities
the room was very clean, which i appreciated.
The smart application didn't work well . there were many faults with it. also, i think there are no facilities for a 5-star hotel. It feels more like a 3-star hotel to me.

inconvenient breakfastineffective blinds
The breakfast timing was inconvenient. It started too late at 7:30 AM if someone planned an early start. I found it hard to turn off the balcony lights, and the blackout blinds were ineffective (they didn't fully block light). The shower drain was clogged, resulting in water spreading across the bathroom floor.

the location was acceptable given its proximity to many attractions.
I encountered issues with the room's smart technology. It was quite difficult to use. the open shower design was also impractical. Water splashed everywhere. furthermore, the check-out time at 11:00 a.m. felt unusually early. I felt rushed.

decent stay with some drawbacks
central locationhelpful staffunreliable appnoisy street
the location was definitely a highlight it was very central i could walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful specifically with directions and local tips they provided good service.
the room management app was not always reliable it was intermittent. the air conditioning stopped working on my last day which was uncomfortable since the room got warm there was also some noise from a nearby bar.
