rude behaviorcondescending assumption

the front desk staff displayed rude behavior. they automatically assumed my fiancé paid for the room because i am a filipino woman. this assumption felt very condescending and created a negative impression.

i booked the standard room but the front desk offered a premium room upgrade with pool access for an extra cost i jumped at the chance after seeing the room it was worth it i really fell in love with having direct access to the pool from my room it was the best decision

the front desk staff was not as warm as i expected we weren't greeted enthusiastically and the check in process felt a bit impersonal i hope they can improve their initial welcome to make guests feel more valued

the resort features a large pool area with multiple sections it includes a swim up bar with seating for about ten people there are also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation and shade

my premier room had a spacious layout with a comfortable king size bed there were two bedside tables each equipped with reading lamps the bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub plus ample counter space
