The breakfast service felt disorganized. We filled out a request form the night before, but there was a delay in getting our food. I also noticed only one large towel was provided in the room, this was for a double room, so more towels were needed

the room was bright and airy. the bathroom felt modern, and i appreciated that. the staff were all pleasant, a nice touch. the receptionist was friendly when i checked in, asking about my visit
The bedside lamps did not work. Both of them were out. the desk lamp also did not work. i wish they had been checked beforehand!
