The honeymoon suite WAS large and beautifully furnished. IT had an amazing view. The complimentary wine early evening in the stylish lounge was nice.
The carpet in the room NEEDS replacing. The shampoo and conditioner were half full. Residue was on the lid. The swimming pool is not much bigger than a plunge pool.

Breakfast included made-to-order options. The staff responded quickly. A complimentary wine offer at 5pm was a pleasant bonus! I appreciated the hotel's location, a short walk to shops and restaurants. Ficks Pool is conveniently across the road.
I noticed some noise from the security guard during the night.

The hotel is near the cliff path, providing easy access. It is also within walking distance to several quality restaurants. Ficks restaurant, just opposite the hotel, has great food and views.

The room featured a sea view and a balcony. The interior was light and clean with fresh flowers. The bed provided comfort. The room was beautiful and very clean.

Breakfast included a hot food menu and buffet. Breakfasts had appealing garnishes. I enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the fact it was cooked to order, and all the ingredients were fresh.

The staff offered gracious service at reception and during breakfast. My room had perfect views of the bay. It was fine. The hotel sits across from the ocean on Marine Drive. The location is a short walk to the town center.
The pool IS small, though it still allows for a refreshing dip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a delicious variety (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit). the location was great for exploring. I found it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
My room overlooked some ac units and a side wall. It lacked natural light. the carpet seemed worn. shampoo and conditioner were half full (they looked previously used).

the staff were friendly! the breakfast was good with several options.
the room's carpet was not clean. the bath had a brown ring around it, which i reported. shampoo and conditioner were half full and had residue on the lid, twice.

really good stay
stylish lounge excellent breakfast great location
i appreciated the complimentary wine in the stylish lounge it was a nice touch at 5pm. the breakfast buffet had excellent choices plus hot food was cooked to order. the location is great it is a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants and ficks pool is across the road.
