Acceptable stay, a bit disappointing though

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to main tourist attractions.
Our room smelled of drains. IT was quite unpleasant. There were no water or any amenities in the room. This was unexpected. The breakfast was nice, but the tables were not cleaned after previous people.

the kluis house suited my needs. it had one and a half bathrooms which were helpful. downstairs included a large bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. mornings brought comfortable sleep.
the breakfast room was cleaned by waiters while i was eating, it was unpleasant.

The location provided easy access to the city center and beautiful sights. The breakfast included a complete selection of items I appreciated it so much. I found the locker system for luggage storage convenient when waiting for the room to be prepared.
The room lacked water and tea and coffee facilities.

The breakfast offered a huge selection of unlimited food and coffee. I especially enjoyed the banana bread and the variety of cheeses available. The room was spotlesslessly clean and very quiet. The shower was powerful.
