lovely decoration warm atmosphere
the room decoration was lovely, it was clean too. the constant smiles from the staff contributed to a warm and cute atmosphere at the hotel.
the hotel was a good 30 minute walk to the main area, i would have liked it to be closer

the room was big and comfortable and clean. the staff was helpful, they went the extra mile. the morning buffet breakfast had gluten free choices and attention to allergies.
i wish they had a restaurant on site.

spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious. i especially liked the good space in the bathroom. the hotel staff were helpful, which i appreciated (they were always so cheerful!).
i was disappointed to find no electrical outlets near the desk or bed. i had to use an extension cord i brought with me.

my comfort double room featured fresh towels alongside very clean surroundings. the bed was comfortable and i had a peaceful night's sleep. there was also a good-sized bathroom that had an efficient shower.

the reception staff were helpful and provided information i needed. they gave great directions and tips about getting around the city. also, the staff always worked hard cleaning and refilling the breakfast buffet.

The hotel provides a convenient supermarket in the adjacent shopping center. My room featured a comfortable bed and was quiet since it faced the back. Breakfast offered various options, including cooked, continental, fruit, and cheese. Staff members were efficient and helpful. I did like spacious and bright room.
The shower could use a door, I found that water often ended up outside of it. This was a minor inconvenience, but I feel it's worth mentioning.
