The staff were very helpful , looking after us . The room was spacious and well equipped with a comfy bed. I saw a friendly dog whom liked to hang around with people.
The heating did not work and there was nobody to help us. I would have liked assistance immediately. This meant I had a cold night.

I think the hosts are friendly and helpful. There IS a large, newly decorated room available. It has a refurbished bathroom on the ground floor with a kitchen section. I also noticed a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle with plates and glasses.
they DIDN'T affect my stay.

The hotel has a quiet location and features large grounds with parking. It is a very short walk into town, REALLY convenient. There are multiple takeaways near a Co-op.

Rooms ARE recently renovated, offering spacious accommodations. I noticed everything was clean. It includes 'welt and muddy' boot trays.

i found the room very clean it had everything i needed the hospitality was great. the team of husband and wife were cute and friendly. they even had tea coffee sugar and biscuits ready for us and put milk in the fridge.
the lawns were not pristine because the house is being renovated.

i really loved the ample parking. the location was just off the a39, i had straightforward access to beaches. i was impressed with the amount of cleaning products provided.
Breakfast was not included, that bummed me out. the ensuite was compact. It could have been bigger. Not all areas were tip-top.

super clean accommodationmodern utensils
the accommodation was well thought out and spotlessly clean. the room had a microwave, a fridge with a freezer and a sink. all the utensils were provided, there was also a small table and chairs.
The lawns were not pristine. That did not bother me though!

the room included a kitchenette. this allowed for self catering. the hotel's location was easy to find. it was convenient for leisure needs, such as eating out.
the hotel is being renovated. expect no pristine lawns. fussier guests may be put off at first appearance. i would like the heating system to work properly.
