The on-site parking was very convenient. i received a warm welcome from a lovely host. She was very attentive. my breakfast was fresh. the location is great. I found a good selection of restaurants nearby.
It caused a slight confusion.

the hosts offered excellent service. they were always ready to provide support . the welcome was warm and friendly, and i could see the staff maintained a high level of attentiveness.

the rooms included tea and coffee making facilities for added convenience. the bed was amazing. the shared bathroom featured separate toilet and shower rooms. the shower was modern and had a great rain shower head, really.

the hotel's location is central to many points of interest. it is a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to port isaac. there is a great fish and chip shop only a couple of minutes away.

the breakfast offered a good number of choices, with plentiful portions available. it was prepared individually based on my preferences, and this was excellent. i found it sustained me well from morning until the early evening.

the breakfast was really good. it was well presented and the bacon was really flavoursome.
the owners were standoffish when we arrived. my wife called to ask where we could unload and the male owner said he did not understand our problem. the only apparent drive into the hotel was blocked by a car. the husband was rude to my wife and refused to give her the wifi password. it was not a pleasant experience.

Parking on site was very convenient. The host greeted me warmly and was quite attentive. The breakfast was excellent (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The curtains in my room were a bit thin. A floodlight outside let in some light.

The bus stop to Port Isaac sits close to the premises. This made traveling convenient. I found a good fish and chip shop only a short walk away. The hotel also provided on-site parking.
I noticed no towel rail in the bathroom. I think the signal could be better in the rooms because of TV signal issues.
