the ground floor room i occupied had a terrible bed. i felt the springs as soon as i sat. both my wife and i experienced significant discomfort and sleeplessness. i mentioned this to reception upon checking out but it affected the quality of my stay. the room showed a need for an upgrade.

I only received one plastic bottle of water for my entire stay. Purchasing more was required, or refilling from the bathroom. It reminded me of a shoestring approach. I think it should be free.
