awesome stay!
clean roomscomfortable bedlimited options
the rooms were beautiful and clean. the bed was very comfortable, i slept like a baby! the staff at reception was lovely, especially jennifer and josephine, they were very helpful.
the minibar had only two bottles of water. there was just a single bag of black tea, which i like to drink, so i wanted more options.

the service was fast and efficient. all requests were fulfilled quickly, even during peak hours. the staff was always available and willing to assist, so i did not have to look for them. the employees were very responsive.

The room was a perfect size for our family. It had a Family Room Two Queen Beds. The beds were so comfortable, I slept soundly (that is rare for me!). Breakfast was really good. There were plenty of options, including fruit smoothies and hot food.
The room was very cold when I arrived. The heating controls did not seem to work properly. The hotel provided the minimum amount of towels. I expected more for the price of the room.
