river view charm
convenient location friendly staff spacious room
I found the location quite convenient. it was easy to reach many city center attractions. the friendly front desk staff were helpful with directions and local tips. i really appreciated the spaciousness of the upgraded room i got. It had a great view.
The bathroom water pressure was noticeably low.

The room had a king-sized bed with good linens. it included a large walk-in shower. I also found an iron and ironing board readily available. there were plenty of accessible outlets by the bedside tables, quite convenient.

The hotel restaurant served a decent breakfast with various options. i saw both black and white pudding offered. These are irish staples. the restaurant service was attentive. I especially enjoyed my meals there.

There is a tram stop conveniently located behind the building. Made city transit simple. the hotel also provided easy access to the airport express bus. I was able to easily catch my flight. overall accessibility was wonderful!

EXCELLENT stay near the river!
convenient location helpful staff modern interior
The hotel's location proved very convenient, only minutes on foot from local pubs and restaurants. Staff members were always helpful. They happily answered ALL my persistent questions. I found the hotel clean and modern were good. The rooms featured VERY comfortable beds.

The hotel offers modern facilities, including a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, promoting convenient workouts. It IS a very nice touch. A business center provides computers and printers needing to catch up on work.

unclean bathroom unhelpful staff
the location was convenient for getting around.
the bathroom wasn't very clean. the shower curtain had an unpleasant odor, i had to request a replacement. also, i found the staff unhelpful with luggage despite traveling with children.

the room had a mini-fridge which was useful.
i was frustrated that the shower curtain had a disgusting smell, i don't think they change it between guests. i requested a change. there were not many good restaurants close by (made mealtimes a hassle).

broken mirror inadequate response
The location was adequate for accessing transport links near the river
The bathroom was not up to standard. The makeup mirror was broken and unusable and the lighting was insufficient I informed reception upon departure I found their offer of a free bottle of water inadequate given the issues I encountered. A more meaningful response would have been appreciated

river view convenient location comfortable beds
The room had a really great view of the river liffey! the location was convenient. I could easily walk to many areas. i found complimentary water in the room, and the beds were really comfortable.
