convenient locationloud airconmalfunctioning dispensers
the location were acceptable, especially proximity to lower baggot street.
i encountered problems with the air conditioning, it were really loud and difficult to ignore. fresh milk wasn't available in the fridge, also toiletries dispensers in the bathroom weren't working at all, wich i found surprising for a hotel of this category.

the staff were professional! the breakfast was excellent in a beautiful setting. my room was comfortable. the hotel's location allowed an easy walk into the city.
The reception was a bit standoffish. There wasn't a warm welcome. i received my room keys without much information about the hotel.

The breakfast was well done.
The reception staff was not cute. It just a quiet checkin. I was not provided information about the hotel, just handed room keys. There were no curtains in the bedroom, and daylight streamed in. The blinds also didn't fit the windows. That affected my rest.

I found the staff very helpful. The service was excellent and quick. My room was great and the bed were very comfortable. I liked the location because I was able to walk into town very easily.
The room was beautiful, but it would be better if it was a little bigger. I missed breakfast. The price did not include it.
