I appreciated the convenient location to attractions and the subway. My room had ample charging outlets. The robe provided was very plush. The large tv added value to the space.
The destination tax credit application was somewhat unclear, I wasn't given a physical voucher.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

I had a really good stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful, particularly with directions. The room was very clean and well kept. I also liked the location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to several attractions.
I was a bit bothered by the lack of complimentary breakfast. The coffee shop credit did not fully cover breakfast costs. I had to pay extra.

My room had blackout shades that blocked light effectively. I appreciated the plush robes available in the closet. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was great.

The hotel sits within a short walk to the New England Aquarium. Fanuel Hall is also easily accessible from the hotel. This makes exploring the city very convenient.

The hotel has a cafe that offers several options. There is also a bar with a selection of drinks. The food was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Kahina was particularly warm and thoughtful. The room was beautiful. I got a Superior King Room and it was very clean. The valet service was quick and efficient. The food from Fin Point was great and consistent.
The shower's overhead setting was a little high, and the water pressure was weak.
