the room was modern and clean with a good size. the front desk team was very polite and helpful (i really appreciated their assistance). the area around the hotel felt safe and secure, reassuring.
there was a noticeable sewage smell in the main reception area, quite off-putting. the smell extended down to the parking levels. i reported it, but it seems to be a persistent issue, potentially affecting the dining experience.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous. I enjoyed the pool. It had an amazing size and felt very private.
The air conditioning seemed to test endurance, producing random sounds ALL night.

the hotel boasts a really good central location. check-in was easy! the room was clean with great amenities. i especially liked the bedside charging outlets and the coffee and tea station. the lobby is good. all the staff were professional and helpful.
the gym equipment was not fully functional , a slight inconvenience.
