Relaxing Stay Near the Parks

The check-in process was quick. I especially enjoyed the heated smaller pool it was very relaxing. The location being close to a grocery store was also very helpful. Epcot was only a short drive away making it very accessible.

The hotel staff was not flexible with requests. I wanted to get the room decorated for a birthday. That was not possible, disappointing.

i had to park by buildings 3 and 4 and walk all the way to building 7 every time. it was quite inconvenient after a long day.

The resort felt spacious yet cozy . I found the pool water temperature very comfortable and there were plenty of loungers available even in the afternoon. The back gate access to the Premium Outlets was very convenient for some shopping.

I noticed a distinct lack of daily housekeeping services. We only had the trash removed and beds.

The staff I encountered was generally helpful and friendly. The activities crew by the pool remembered children from previous visits, and they ensured everyone had an engaging experience . Staff helped me with a late check-out request.
