The room was spacious with a useful kitchenette. The warm water in the pools was definitely a plus. BIG pillows were provided. I liked that detail.
I couldn't open the patio door. Workers even came on to our patio and moved the furniture while i was in the room. IT WAS creepy.

The rooms were spacious, making it easier to travel with my family.
The customer service from Marriott Vacations Worldwide Customer Care was very disappointing. I had to cancel a trip due to a family death. Despite contacting them two weeks before my trip, they refused to waive the cancellation fees, even though I booked a non-refundable rate.

the hotel was very clean. my room service came every other day. they did a fine job. the staff was friendly and helpful. the lobby looked good.
i noticed that the building exterior could use some updates, it looks a little worn.
