the pool and facilities were nice. the room met expectations for comfort and cleanliness.
the breakfast bacon WAS raw, a disappointment. it ALSO took what was like forever to navigate all the fire doors just to reach the room. the design seemed terrible.

The room was a Plus King Room. It have a very comfy bed. I did eat in the restaurant one night and the new menu taste delicious. The service was fantastic, I was charmed. We gets extra utensils, helpful.
The shower need a scrub. I see mould on the grout of the tiles. The sauna don't work good and the steam room dont work neither. The staff isn't great. I think they need new menus to

i REALLY liked that the housekeeping staff texted us daily. this ensured that i was happy with everything and they asked if i needed anything extra. they did a wonderful job. our apartment was clean during our three night stay. the only negative thing was the wear in the carpets, they needed to be replaced in some areas.
the fridge hummed loudly the whole night. because of this, i didn't sleep as soundly.

the hotel is located some distance from town, but it felt secluded. i really appreciate that the VIEWS are great. this.

staff processed our check in quickly EVEN though a large tour coach arrived. every staff member i met was AMAZING. this provided a smooth and cute start to my stay.

breakfast was excellent with an Really good variety of options at the buffet. the breakfasts are plentiful and delicious SO i felt satisfied each morning. i loved the quality.
