the staff were great and very helpful. the room was nice and modern. facilities were clean and well laid out.
The lake view room had no real lake view. Mostly, it was the building next door with a sliver of lake above it. there was no furniture on the balcony. the room smelled badly of sulphur.

The location was acceptable though the parking was EXPENSIVE.
The bathroom was in desperate need of a good clean. I noticed mould and built up dirt around the bath and fixtures. The guest laundry charges were three times higher than other hotels I stayed at on my tour around the country. The car park was cramped and filled because of a large convention.

the hotel location provides easy access to local attractions and good parking. check in was smooth, bags taken to my room. the room had new fixtures and fittings with a deep carpet. the shower works well.
i found the air conditioner did not work great. it made the normal noises, but it did not cool the room. luckily the full length window helped slightly. the room got very warm.

the staff were very friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. they assisted with luggage promptly. reception staff provided good information about local attractions. overall service was sufficient.

the indoor pool provided a good option for relaxation and recreation. parking spaces were available. breakfast had plenty of choice. the restaurant offered well above average food.

The lobby had many comfortable places to sit. This was great for conference break times. The view from my room showed the lake. The beds were comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff were very helpful!
My room's updated features included small ants in the bathroom. This was a minor inconvenience.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent! All the staff I encountered in the lobby were very helpful. This. Customer service was good. I appreciated the friendly greetings from workers.

Breakfast had a simple setup. This was sufficient for my needs. I was able to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day! The coffee refills were sometimes hard to find, however, this did not impact the overall experience.

the location was good, and it was easy to get to the main town center.
After a long journey, i was upset that hotel staff didn't help us with our luggage. Traveling with my children is hard, and help with bags would had made a difference. The door was broken and wouldn't lock properly.
