decent stay overall
the room was clean. the facilities were great for children. my daughter especially enjoyed the pool and the playground. we spent a lot of time there.
I could not use it. i worry about maintenance.

amazing stay!
quiet room sitting area comfortable bed
The room had a good size. it also was quiet. there was a nice sitting area at the back overlooking grass and trees. the bed provided a comfortable experience. We slept so well.
the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel is situated near a beautiful rose garden. it is close to the town center, which makes exploring convenient. there is also easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop located not far from the premises.

The staff showed a great commitment to customer satisfaction. sasha provided excellent customer service, she was so helpful! the front desk staff are cute, and they go above and beyond. That's important!

poor shower limited breakfast
The grounds offered many facilities and the resort felt quiet.
Our shower was not great. I noticed the breakfast was not good either as food kept running out. I waited for bread and butter (it took a while).

excellent FAMILY STAY
jumping pillow outdoor area amazing shower
the resort has a fun jumping pillow. i saw that the playground looks new. the room had amazing outdoor areas. the shower in the room was GREAT. it feels so spacious.
i had some trouble using the heat pump. it took a while for someone to help me. the staff member also did not know how to set it. an electric blanket was offered, but not provided initially.

the motel is close to key attractions. it provides convenient access to various local points. i noticed the proximity to the rose garden which sits directly next door.

the resort features a buffet breakfast. i thought this breakfast seems good for the price. there are vending machines available. these vending machines sell soft drinks and water, so you have easy access to beverages.
