The gym featured weights, mats, a bench, a treadmill, and other useful machines. The location is very convenient, especially its proximity to Central Park. Staff members were quite kind and helpful . The room was always clean with amenities restocked without asking. I found this especially efficient.

The hotel is very close to Central Park and the subway station is right opposite it. A great cafe is nearby for a cappuccino and a bite. High-end shops are within walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel was so clean! the service was perfect. i walked to central park every morning and broadway every night. What a dream! the f train is super close too, such convenient access to everything. i loved it, and will stay again next time!
the only small inconvenience was the timeshare presentation. i felt a bit pressured during it. though the offers seemed tempting, i preferred to enjoy the hotel without that distraction.

The king studio had a nespresso machine with pods, great for morning coffee. The bathroom was surprisingly large. it was convenient and the room was very spacious, i enjoyed it. What a treat!

the door staff was friendly. they assisted with luggage quickly (very helpful after a long trip). the cleaning was completed to a high standard. complimentary coffee and water were available in the room, a nice touch.
this made wait times a bit longer.
