the airport shuttle service was acceptable.
The room i booked was supposedly a 'luxe king balcony', yet i found myself staring at a brick wall.. not exactly the sweeping cityscape i anticipated. also, the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine trying to take off. Sleep was a real struggle.

I found the room surprisingly spacious and well-decorated. the bed was very comfortable, so i slept very well. i could not hear any street noise. a coffee machine and a fridge-bar are in each room. I could use it for my own products.
upon my arrival, i was told to eat and return later because my room needed cleaning. i received no information about the hotel's amenities or features. the shower leaked, the drain was green, and the heater.

the hotel stands in a quiet area. it is close to many public transportation options, which makes it easy to get around. i found several bagel and coffee shops very close by.

the staff was attentive and kind. the bar was nice and well stocked!!! i appreciated the staff letting us store our bags on site after we checked out. they were helpful.

I found the room quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Grand Central Station made transportation very easy. I also liked the modern design of the rooms. It was clean and well kept. The staff ensured a seamless check-in. I appreciated their attention to detail.
The fitness center was smaller than I expected. It had limited equipment.
