Mixed Feelings About This Stay
poor soundproofinginsufficient blinds
The automated blinds in the room did not fully block out the light. At 7 AM, the room was bright. I like to sleep in complete darkness. The soundproofing was poor. I heard everything from neighbors, snoring, conversations, and doors opening and closing. These problems are unacceptable.

inconsistent temperature
The room's temperature control was inconsistent. It struggled to maintain a comfortable level despite adjustments to the thermostat. I had hoped for more soundproofing given the price point. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed by the absence of readily available information about local transportation options at the front desk.

the room was very nice. a double-headed shower was available, as well as a robe and disposable slippers. there was a nespresso machine in the room with pods, but i did not use them. complimentary snacks were available which my daughter enjoyed.
i waited over an hour after check in to be let into my room. i arrived early and left my luggage at the front. i was told i would have my room by 3 but did not get it until 4:15. there was no note of apology.
