ranjit at reception was so helpful. he showed genuine kindness. the rooftop restaurant provided nice meals. the staff were very attentive.

the bed sheets had a slight stain. i felt a bit disappointed. the door in my room didn't close correctly. the ac unit seemed very loud. it impacted the sleep.

my room was a beautiful double room, and it was quite satisfactory. the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, i enjoyed the atmosphere. the staff was helpful with directions.

the bed sheets had some stains on them, unfortunately. i also found the travel agent to be a bit pushy with tour packages. the elevator was out of service, inconvenient.

The staff provided helpful travel advice. I found Abdul very supportive with train bookings. The rooftop restaurant offered good food at the same location. The hotel is close to many restaurants.

The bedsheets were not washed properly (i noticed some hair on the bedspread). Taps in the bathroom were rusted. The room had a slight odor.

The superior king room was a treat. It had a king-size bed and a separate seating area. the room also features individual climate control. house keeping was very efficient and kept the space super clean daily. the staff sorted out a minor billing issue quickly and professionally.

The street outside was a little noisy at night. Lighter sleepers may want earplugs.
