spacious rooms attentive staff tranquil escape good meal
The rooms are undeniably spacious. It feels more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The staff showed genuine care and attentiveness throughout my short stay. They helped me with directions and restaurant recommendations. The pool is refreshing, surrounded by lush greenery and providing a tranquil escape. The food quality exceeded my expectations. Every meal was a delight.
The Wi-Fi signal strength was occasionally inconsistent in certain areas of the garden, though it was perfectly fine indoors.

The staff was amazing. I always felt cared for. My room had beautiful decor and offered such a tranquil escape. The hotel organized a private tour. It was very informative. Airport transfers were arranged directly. It was convenient.
The pool wasn't heated, it was slightly chilly for a swim in the early evening.

Breakfast included fresh pastries and fruits every morning. The dinner menu included local dishes. They were prepared with great care. I especially loved the tagine, the spices were AMAZING!!!

I found the pool to be a great addition, with full-size sun loungers with ample space for everyone. the staff was cute. They offered me juices, tea, and pool access as they prepared my room early. dinner at the restaurant proved both convenient and tasty after a long day.
my room was above the kitchen, which caused a lot of noise late into the night. i heard dishwashers, mixers, and banging, interrupting my sleep. the hotel didn't offer a discount.

friendly staff peaceful place kitchen noise lack compensation
the staff was warm and friendly. they were helpful and guided us.. it was a positive experience from start to finish. i slept well as it was a very peaceful place.
our room was situated above the kitchen. there was a lot of noise like heavy dishwashers. i found the banging noises annoying. the hotel offered no compensation.
