A decent hotel with some downsides
perfect location helpful staff always welcome old hotel citrus smell hotel photo
The location proved PERFECT. I found everything I needed close to the hotel. Staff members, like Uyen, Quyen, NY, and Hien, were helpful. They.
The hotel was a bit old. Photos online didn't COMPLETELY match reality. There was a noticeably strong citrus smell throughout the hotel. It permeated everything.

decent stay , but with some issues
great location comfortable beds pleasant staff amazing reception inconsistent service food variety long trash pool trash
the location is great , being just across from the beautiful beach. ms kha and ms anh at reception were amazing. they were pleasant and ensured my stay was enjoyable. the beds in the hotel are also very comfortable.
the food was fine , but the same everyday was an issue. the service felt inconsistent at times. one day , they left trash out by the pool for hours and did not maintain it to the level i expected from a hotel like this.

great size room fantastic ac delicious breakfast small room old hotel unclean hallways
The room was a really great size. the shower was also great! i stayed on the 12th floor and had a partial ocean view. the ac was fantastic. It kept me very comfortable. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. i loved all the choices.
the room was quite small. the hotel itself felt a bit old. there were parts of the building that seemed abandoned. the hallways and elevators did not seem very clean, or maybe they were just old and worn.
