clean apartmentequipped kitchenuseful shuttle
the apartment was really clean. i was able to cook my meals since i had a fully equipped kitchen. the complimentary shuttle ran twice in the morning to the beach and returned twice in the afternoon (i found this very useful).
the gym was a bit smaller than i expected.

uncomfortable bedsrude staff
The room reeked on arrival. the pull-out bed in the living area was awful. It wasn't even made. the mattresses were worn. also, the cleaning staff was quite rude. they didn't clean properly and even took the dishcloths from the kitchen without replacing them.

the reception and bar staff were helpful. i found the pool area and gardens impeccably clean. the view overlooking the beach was fabulous!!! there were lots of sunbeds and umbrellas available. the free shuttle service to the beach was really convenient.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the lounge area.
