Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The apartment was really spacious and clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved having my own jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The bar dining options were somewhat limited at the pool bar. This meant I had to walk uphill for more variety. I wish there were more choices without leaving the hotel area.

The hotel provides parking. I found it convenient to park my rental car. Playa Amadores is visible from the mountain providing a great view. A short walk uphill accesses many restaurants and bars.

The pool bar had good value food and lovely staff members. I found the dishes served for lunch to be delicious. I easily ordered drinks at the bar.

The staff proved very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Ladies at reception were lovely and very helpful, answering all my questions. The accommodation was clean on arrival.

Fantastic stay with great amenities

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment jacuzzi and it was modern. The unit had a lot of space. The outside space included loungers, a comfortable sofa, an outdoor eating area and a jacuzzi. Resort staff were accommodating to my needs. I would go back.
The jacuzzi above was a little noisy. It buzzed all night, as it recycled the water.

The staff was always smiling and seemed to have a good vibe. They were very helpful and polite. Staff at the pool bar were very nice, and the reception staff were also helpful.

The pool bar has good food. There is also a small store in the hotel. It is convenient for buying groceries. The happy hour at the bar seemed like a great bonus.

the pool was acceptable, and the staff was generally helpful when approached.
The promised sea view was largely obstructed by other buildings. It was disappointing. the air conditioning in the bedroom barely worked. i reported it, but nothing was fixed , and the nights were quite uncomfortable due to the heat.

the pool bar food was very good. portions were a great size and cooked with care. drinks were reasonably priced. the hot tub apartment was spacious and bright.
the area designated for courtesy showers upon departure was not great. i had a cold shower. the water pressure was poor and it was an unpleasant way to end my vacation. the experience left me feeling a bit disappointed.

The staff was very helpful. The reception staff duties were excellent. A special thank you to Michelle. She organised our hire car and much much more. The hotel was one of the cleanest rooms i have stayed in for a long time.
The courtesy showers area was a big let down. The shower was cold. There was NO pressure and an unpleasant end to our holiday. The TVs were not working. The remotes was broken and out of date.
