lovely retreat
mountain landscape excellent breakfast friendly staff
The views were indeed amazing, specially the mountain landscape i could see right from my room. breakfast was superb. The choices were excellent. staff was always efficient and friendly, i felt very welcome.
The gym had old machines. It was a little disappointing, but i still got a workout in.

The hotel sits at a high elevation. It provides panoramic views and a sense of being above the clouds. the location is also ideal for keen hikers with several fine walks right from the hotel.

My standard double room was clean and well-kept, including a balcony with nice views of the mountains. the provided amenities were functional. They ensured a comfortable stay here.

The reception staff was efficient. They greeted me with a friendly smile on arrival. restaurant staff, especially fatima at breakfast, was efficient and always smiling, a real ray of sunshine!

I loved the infinity pool in the spa. It was amazing!!! the team working there was also very warm and cute. i felt so good there. I hope i can come back soon!!!

grateful mountain stay
amazing location clean hotel
the location and sunsets were amazing (i never wanted to leave!). i also found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. it was a good experience and i definitely hope to return in the future.
I noticed that the restaurant staff could be more cute. A little extra warmth would greatly enhance the dining experience. i think that some additional training in hospitality could be beneficial.

the spa offered an very nice view from the outdoor infinity pool which enhanced the overall experience, and hiking trails accessible directly from the hotel were excellent. these facilities greatly contributed to relaxation.

The hotel's location allows for fine views of the mountains and valleys. On clear days, tenerife's teide volcano is visible. it is a great advantage for keen hikers.

terrible service long wait
the restaurant service was terrible at dinner. i waited an hour and no one took our order. a receptionist did arrange to send food up to my room quickly after i complained.

body hair poor cleaning
the cleanliness was a serious problem. i found body hair in the bathroom tub and a dead insect on the bedroom floor. smear marks were visible on the glass. dust covered the surfaces. the staff didn't offer any apology for the inconvenience.

ABSOLUTELY Fine Stay!
spacious room amazing sunset hiking location
The room felt HUGE, offering plenty of space to relax. Sunsets proved AMAZING from the balcony facing west. I found breakfast and the evening meals excellent. I also liked the superb location for hiking, it suited my needs.
The TV SEEMED old with no Netflix and limited english channels.

I appreciated the excellent hygiene standards throughout the hotel, particularly noticeable in the restaurant. The restaurant staff gave us a table by the window after a small reservation issue.. The welcome at the bar felt especially NICE.

The hotel's setting boasts Fine views and a peaceful atmosphere high in the mountains. Hiking trails were easily accessible directly from the hotel, a great plus. The sunsets ARE amazing, painting the sky with vibrant colors.
