The staff members were very friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. My room was clean and quite spacious, offering plenty of room to relax (I really needed it!). I also found the hotel to be in a quiet area, great for a restful stay.
The WiFi signal strength was inconsistent throughout my stay. I experienced occasional connectivity issues, particularly during peak hours, challenging to work remotely (it was quite annoying).

I was impressed with the quick response to my request for extra towels. The hotel offer secure, complimentary parking, a HUGE plus. I found the front desk staff helpful with directions and local information. My room had reliable air conditioning, IMPORTANT in the warmer months.
the elevator near the lobby was SLOW sometimes.

The staff was very friendly. the rooms were spacious and clean. The linen was also fresh. pillow options were a welcome feature!
the wifi did not work! the safe needed replacement. this was quite inconvenient.
