solid stay near transportation!

the location next to the shopping center was great, it was around 15 minutes away from the railway! the room was modern and big enough for two of us. the breakfast buffet was nice with many options available including drinks.

i noticed there does not appear to be a safe, but that did not bother me too much.

the hotel is near transport links! it is within a 10-minute walk of the station with easy connections to central london. a shopping center is right next to the hotel, very convenient, and a park with squirrels is close by too

the hotel offers clean and well equipped rooms! the breakfast was decent with a choice of full english, well almost, and neo continental offering with a range of hot drinks and juices etc. the check-in was amazingly smooth.

The staff was friendly and cute. House keeping does an perfect job. The location is good and has plenty of food spots nearby. The area itself is quiet after 7 tho. I enjoyed that the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the same every day, BUT GOOD!

The rooms were cramped. There was no option for room service, inconvenient for families with young children. The hotel doesn't provide parking. Guests are expected to park at a distant car park and walk back with luggage.

I found the staff very nice. They always helped with anything i needed. My standard double room had a spacious shower. The pillows was soft too. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was simple, but enough to start the day.

The hotel have no on-site parking. I needed to park in a distant car park. It was a little difficult with luggage.

I found the shopping centre very close. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. I enjoyed the modern room, it was a great size for two people. The breakfast buffet offered many choices for both food and drinks.

The room door did slam shut loudly each time I entered or exited. This was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel was close to the shopping centre! i could spend a lot of time there. the room i got was great, modern, and big enough for me. breakfast was very nice with many options available.

i got a ticket when i was unloading my bags. the area for parking is awful. check-in should point out they will spam you when asking for your email upon check-in. you should have the option to give this if that's the case.
