The front desk staff were very helpful and understanding when I requested a room change to one with a walk-in shower. I got a 5th floor room overlooking Park Lane. The room was beautifully appointed. I found it very nice.

The room had excellent blackout curtains. These ensured complete darkness for sleeping. I appreciated the turndown service each eveningwith chocolates on the pillow. The bathroom featured heated floors. These kept the space comfortable. The shower had both a rainfall showerhead and a handheld option..
I found the elevator wait times to be longer than expected. This sometimes caused minor delays when going to and from my room.

My Executive King Room was excellent. It featured elegant decor and modern amenities. Breakfast in the Grille restaurant was a treat. The food was AMAZING!!!
The elevator service was slow at times. Waiting for the elevators proved slightly inconvenient.

everything was great! the room service was super prompt. i got the superior king room and loved the cozy armchair right by the window (perfect for reading). i found fresh flowers in the room upon arrival. it felt so cute!
the elevator wait times were a little long during peak hours. i sometimes opted for the stairs, but it wasn't ideal with luggage.
