The staff greeted me with such warmth, it was lovely! the room was super clean and had a wonderfully roomy feel, exactly as shown online. The bed had soft linens. breakfast offered a beautiful selection. It was a wonderful start to each day. the location was near multiple transit options. It made exploration simple!

The newly renovated building looked amazing. I found the breakfast delicious with many options. The staff was SO helpful and kind. I especially liked how close markets were to the hotel.

The vending machine lacked still water, a minor inconvenience.

i found in-house parking very convenient. the bar had a cosy feel, several families spent time there. complimentary coffee was a plus. breakfast was quite varied and satisfying (i liked the fresh bread rolls).

the mattress had springs missing. the staff offered another room, but it had the same issue.

The staff was lovely. They sorted out an extra day for me quickly. I could stay in the same room. My room was really roomy and clean. the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

The sofa bed was already set up when we arrived late with tired kids. This was a nice touch! The shower was big. The breakfast selection included options for everyone in my family. The room was quiet, and local transportation was an easy walk. The staff quickly sorted out an extra day for me when I forgot to book it. I also stayed in the same room. The room was really roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning did not go below 19 degrees Celsius. I found it a bit warm.
