convenient location spacious room blackout blinds friendly staff

I found the location VERY convenient. My room was spacious. the blackout blinds made the room dark, WHICH i appreciate. the staff was friendly and efficient. I felt welcome and everything WENT smoothly. i liked the coffee machine, and the shower was big.

great location helpful staff thick glass blackout shade

This hotel had a great location. the staff provided helpful recommendations for the area. i appreciated the thick glass windows. They fully opened, letting in fresh outdoor air. blackout shades ensured a amazing sleep.

the tv was a bit temperamental, but it was a minor issue really.

clean condition hot water great value

the room provided sufficient facilities and felt clean. the staff informed me of a hot water issue at check-in, due to a national holiday. it was fixed the next day as promised. i found this hotel to be great value for the price paid

spiky beds twin bed setup

staff was friendly and concerned about ensuring safety of the guests. rooms are of a really good size.

i did NOT like the spiky beds. it was more of a two twin-bed setup rather than an actual king bed, so we kept falling into the crack. this was a significant Discomfort throughout the stay.

underwhelming selection unappetizing food

The location proved quite useful. It allowed quick access to various points of interest. I could tolerate that.

The breakfast arrangement was a bit of a farce. I had to venture next door to some other hotel. The selection was underwhelming, and I noticed some flies hovering around the food. It was pretty unappetizing. I probably should have just found a decent bakery.
