I adored the train theme. the staff were really helpful. They let us store our bags early. the location was perfect for getting around!
the mini fridge did not cool very well! i asked for it to be checked, but it was not fixed.

i appreciated the hotel's theme. i found the paintings on each floor create a unique atmosphere. the room had enough space to hang my clothes and store my belongings. the hotel had easy access to public transport, with an underground station close by.
the room lacked air conditioning, uncomfortable .

the staff provided complimentary tea in the lobby, this was a cute gesture. bottled water was also provided in the room. they did well with holding my bags before check-in.

the room looked like a larger sleeper train carriage, this added to the experience. i could use the top bunk for extra storage. the room was always very clean, which i liked very much.

the hotel location was excellent for city exploration. it was close to the main train station. many tours and day trips started nearby. the center was a short walk.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The rooms are the cutest!
The mini fridge was not very cool at all. I asked them to look at it but nothing was done to fix it. They used plastic cups and lots of little soaps and such in the bathroom sink went. That is not good for the environment.
