city center bottled water
The location was perfect and close to the city center! the hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. bottled water was provided in the room. This was appreciated.

friendly staff great location train theme small room basic breakfast no coffee
i found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times. my room, a standard room, was really quite. the location was great, near shops and transport. the quirky train theme was lovely.
my room was small. the bathroom wasnt good. also there were no tea or coffee facilities in my room. that breakfast was TOO basic.

charming and well-located stay
convenient location train car design
i appreciated the convenient location near the main train station and the historic city center, made exploring very easy. the train car design with bunk beds was a fun touch, and the beds were comfortable enough for a restful sleep. i also liked the great water pressure in the shower.
I noticed the absence of air conditioning. This was a problem during warmer nights, forcing me to keep the windows closed.

the hotel was clean and quiet.
the bed was so hard i could NOT sleep well AT all. i asked if they could add a topper, but they did nothing. breakfast was also very lean.

i appreciated the hotel's theme. i found the paintings on each floor create a unique atmosphere. the room had enough space to hang my clothes and store my belongings. the hotel had easy access to public transport, with an underground station close by.

helpful staff cute rooms uncool fridge plastic cups
The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The rooms are the cutest!
The mini fridge was not very cool at all. I asked them to look at it but nothing was done to fix it. They used plastic cups and lots of little soaps and such in the bathroom sink went. That is not good for the environment.
