The initial response lacked sympathy and understanding. The receptionist eventually arranged a family room for us but the AC was not working there

the hotel located close to disney was a great plus for me. a bus stop near the hotel made getting around easy. i was happy with the arcades next to the reception since my kids enjoyed them a lot.

the receptionist actions should have been smoother.

I found the location quite convenient for accessing Disneyland Paris. The hotel room was modern and clean. Breakfast offered a decent selection of continental items, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere (especially during the night).

The absence of a kettle in the room was a slight inconvenience (I wanted to make tea).
