The hotel provided a free shuttle to the train station , which was VERY helpful. The location was good with easy access to transportation. I enjoyed the bowling alley located within the hotel premises.
The room design featured slippery stairs that felt unsafe. The hairdryer provided was quite old and not very powerful. Only one small water bottle was provided for a two NIGHTS stay.

the location was convenient for visiting disneyland. many good bakery options were available nearby. the staff were pleasant and helpful
The bed wasn't comfortable or soft. I had difficulty sleeping. cleaning ladies disturbed me three times. They knocked and opened doors while i was sleeping. there were not enough sunbeds by the pool after 8 pm, so i had to put towels outside

The room was nice and neat. I found the staff quite lovely. It was good to see McDonald's and a supermarket within walking distance. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland. It is very convenient, but I preferred to use a car.
The pool was for adults already at 8pm.

The hotel features a swimming pool and sauna. The wellness center is equipped with up-to-date facilities. The onsite bowling alley added entertainment, and I spent time there with my kids.

The staff members were helpful. They provided assistance with directions, and their assistance at check-in was great! The staff addressed requests quickly. I definitely felt at home.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, and the pool area is nice. I found a welcome letter from Mickey Mouse for my child. There was also available parking.
The shower area has old tiles, and it looks completely different from the rest of the room. I really appreciate the fridge in the room, as it was very handy.

The hotel is in a great location. Disneyland Paris is close. The hotel is a short Uber ride from the train station, so getting to Disneyland is cheaper. The area felt nice.
