Wonderful stay!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The free shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient. I found the arcade to be a fun addition, particularly for families with children. I also enjoyed having the spa for a relaxing massage.
The breakfast buffet had a couple of items that were not consistently replenished.

The breakfast offered numerous options. It turns into a restaurant at night. A game room is available, but you need credits to play there. The food was fresh, and the service was attentive.

The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Shuttle service to Disneyland ran on time. The team readily addressed requests. The hotel staff speaks multiple languages, which aided communication.

The room provided ample space and comfort. Blackout curtains were effective for sleeping. A kitchenette equipped with a stove and sink was very convenient. Fresh towels were available daily in the bathroom.

The free shuttle to Disneyland was acceptable. It definitely saved on transportation costs.
The room's QR code access system did not work. I was issued a physical key, but it was quite inconvenient. the reception staff seemed rather cold. I expected better service.

The receptionist seemed super kind and friendly. Cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. The shuttle bus to Disneyland ran very punctually. It took just 10 min for the ride.
I found the breakfast standard lacking. The rooms felt a bit prison-like with concrete walls and ceilings. Staff was less friendly compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

the free shuttle service to disneyland from 9:00 to midnight was super convenient. the hotel had modern technology for its services. the room was comfy and quiet. it was very clean. breakfast offered a continental style, very complete. the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.

the room was equipped with a television, providing access to netflix. a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge were available for use, all these elements significantly contributed to the comfort and convenience of the stay.

The indoor pool had amazing features. Also i found the gym magnificent, offering world-class equipment. the hotel included a restaurant with some nice dinner options. Breakfast was really good. the shuttle to disney is a huge plus!!!

the staff demonstrated excellent service and politeness. the staff in the restaurant and bar were professional, friendly, and accommodating. one standout experience was the massage service, that was skilled and professional!!!

the room was spacious. it had all the amenities i hoped for. it was very clean and beautifully decorated. the spa is also very comfy and tidy. it had more features than i expected.
the checking process was very slow. the qr codes were very temperamental. all our neighbours seemed to have problems with them. the concrete walls.
