The room was clean and it included ample lighting I also appreciated the USB port at bedside. The hotel is close to a supermarket and places to eat. This added to the convenience of my stay. I found the staff good, particularly the desk staff I really liked how helpful they were.

The breakfast area felt small. There were moments of overcrowding , made it a bit hectic.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Reception was professional. the breakfast selection offered many options. I also liked the location near the Llacuna train station. It was very EASY to reach major attractions.

the room felt a bit small for A longer stay. storage was limited so it was a bit cramped. i would have appreciated more space to unpack my belongings.
