The hotel provided a free breakfast. It had a good selection. I especially liked the take-away paper cups for coffee as I could enjoy it while driving. The staff members were helpful and friendly, especially during check-in. My room was ready upon my late arrival.
I found the parking fee charged to guests inconvenient. I expected complimentary parking .

The hotel is located close to the railway station and it's within a five-minute walk. The location is also right in the center of the business area. This made attending meetings very easy.

The room was equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Dove products are provided including hand lotion, shower lotion, and shampoo. Tea and coffee facilities are also in the room, so this was practical.

Harvey and Alex were friendly and cute. The rooms were nice and neat. I found the gym a great bonus offering an opportunity for exercise.
The parking situation could be better managed despite having a valid permit I still received a fine.

The room was lovely and clean! the beds were really comfortable too. i was happy to have use of the gym. It has great facilities. breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice.
I was a little confused about the pet charge. it needs a better explanation! after 11pm, there was fairly noisy activity with other occupants. doors were banging. People talked loudly up and down the corridor. i turned off air conditioning. It was too noisy, though a fan continued blowing and also made noise.
