fantastic stay with really good service
helpful staffkind gesturesmall room
the staff were helpful when my son spilled a drink on the bed. Maria from housekeeping were pretty good by cleaning the room after her shift. i really appreciated this kind gesture and would definitely return.
the room size felt a bit small and the cost for breakfast seemed quite high for the limited selection available! i thought the food was not cooked very well.

the staff provided helpful information about the hotel and nearby areas. the hotel maintained cleanliness in both the lobby and rooms. irina at reception provided a warm welcome and was very professional. the shower had great pressure and temperature control.
i noticed a slight additional charge for parking upon arrival.

the room was recently refurbished. rooms were basic though functional, they were also very clean. breakfast included a good variety of options.
the shower being located directly in the bedroom did not feel very comfortable. the toilet also was in a small cupboard. a separate shower room would be better.
