Charmed by the Comfort and Service!

The front desk staff (Valentina, Nicole, Stage, and Francesco) were helpful and friendly. They willingly shared their knowledge about the area. The cleaning lady on the second floor was very efficient and pleasant.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the corridor.

the staff was great and did everything possible to make sure we were all happy, i will be more satisfied if i would have a mini fridge in my room. breakfast were good and there was a variety of options. the room was modern and the location were good too.

air con in room not work. no draft beer on bar and no white wine. the outside space was right outside of main doors and we get eaten alive by mosquitoes as did other people.
