the hotel has a free shuttle bus service from the airport, it was really helpful because my flight landed late. i also thought the bus stop was easy to find, i liked that. the room was clean and quiet and had free coffee.

the air conditioning wasnt working. my room seemed like a sauna. the hotel gave me an air cooling unit when i asked, but it was small and didnt do much for the temperature. the design felt a bit old. the functionality and comfort were below expectations.

I appreciated the free, punctual shuttle bus to and from the airport. It ran on a regular schedule. the airport had a train to downtown helsinki, so i could do sightseeing for a few hours. the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service, helpful since i arrived late at night. it was easy to find the bus stop at the airport, which i liked.

the air conditioning leaked throughout the day. it was very irritating in the evening and night.

The check-in was easy and friendly. the staff was accommodating and cute, despite my late arrival. They were helpful and provided support. they quickly replaced molded bread when pointed out. the staff was also very attentive to my needs.

The location is excellent with convenient connections to the airport, close to a shopping mall. It allowed for a little more sleep before an early flight. the hotel is also close to a k-market. the hotel is only a short drive from the airport.

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. this shuttle was very punctual. i found this service useful. the hotel is near a very big shopping mall, it offers many restaurants.

i found that the gym air conditioning needs some improvement. there was no remote in the room, so i was not able to adjust the temperature to my liking. the temperature was not comfortable for my workout.
