mixed feelings
slow check-in windowless room
the location worked well for me given its proximity to the conference centre
my check-in process was rather slow i waited for what seemed like an eternity even though only one person stood ahead of me in line the room description failed to mention its lack of windows i discovered the hard way the hotel seemed like a maze with all rooms located below the reception level the receptionist informed me the rooms are located under a bridge

big tv gluten-free stuff quick drying
The breakfast had so many choices, gluten-free stuff too, that was good. our room, a standard single room, had a tv that was big. the bathroom was nice. It dried quick after a shower.
my standard single room lacked any real closet space.

solid stay near central station
convenient location early breakfast helpful reception
i stayed three nights and found the location very convenient. it's close to the main train station and many restaurants. i was provided with a to-go breakfast bag on my early departure, which i appreciated. the reception was also very helpful.
My room's window could not be opened. This made controlling the room temperature difficult.

My room was located below ground. It was small and without windows, yet it remained very clean. the bed was comfortable, though quite close to the wall on one side. a tv with several channels was included.

the reception staff were helpful when i needed directions! they also arranged an early to-go breakfast for me before my departure. staff members were consistently courteous and quick to respond to questions at the front desk.

The hotel is very close to the central station and bus terminal. This made airport transfers easy. gamla stan is accessible within a short walk. many shops and restaurants are nearby the hotel.

varied options central station helpful staff small room inconvenient plug limited space
The breakfast was great (especially the variety!). I appreciated the location, very close to the central station. The staff was friendly and provided useful information.
My single room was quite small. There was only one available plug socket and it was inconveniently located under a desk. Hanging space was a bit limited.

The location is close to the central train station , made exploring effortless. Staff members were helpful in providing important information regarding local sites. The breakfast offered a nice variety of choices each morning so I found options I enjoyed.

i could walk to central station quickly. breakfast offered many choices, i found even dairy-free options. also, the staff greeted me nicely each morning, it set a good tone for my day.
