central location diverse breakfast unreal views
The hotel's location allowed quick access to many destinations. The breakfast included diverse choices like fruit juices and pastries. The rooftop dinner also provided unreal city views.
The temperature control system in the room was somewhat difficult to manage.

ideal location useful luggage storage equipped gym missing fridge broken lamps no reception
The location was ideal. i could walk to many attractions easily. the gym had equipment i actually wanted to use. It was a nice surprise. the luggage storage was also very helpful. I arrived early.
The room did not have a fridge, it was too bad. some lamps in my room did not work correctly. i tried to contact guest service. Nobody answered, and there was nobody at reception either.

helpful staff early check convenient location
The staff was helpful. They allowed us to check in early. The room is basic but it worked for the one night we stayed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and a shopping street (loved it!).

The breakfast had many options, including vegan ones. The breakfast setting features a nice view. The rooftop restaurant stood out with its very nice food. Dining there is definitely recommended.

Hotel personnel at the reception and restaurant were very kind. There was a pleasant atmosphere. I felt very welcomed. I received good recommendations for dining places during the evening (very useful!).

The hotel has a very central location. It is close to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered many great choices and I think the free clothes washing was a bonus. I appreciated this.
